El pasado mi\u00e9rcoles, d\u00eda 18, nos vestimos de largo para una gran ocasi\u00f3n. <strong>Pon\u00edamos la primera piedra del Parque Tecnol\u00f3gico Log\u00edstico-Noblejas (PTL-Noblejas)<\/strong> en el que se ubicar\u00e1 nuestra plataforma que construiremos junto con Dunas Capital Real Estate.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">A este acto asistieron nuestro CEO de Ontime Carlos Moreno, el alcalde del municipio Agust\u00edn Jim\u00e9nez y el consejero de Hacienda y Administraciones P\u00fablicas Juan Alfonso Ruiz.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-large wp-image-109371\" src=\"https:\/\/ontime.es\/ontime-old\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/10\/Carlos-Moreno-Noblejas-1024x768.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"840\" height=\"630\" srcset=\"https:\/\/ontime.es\/ontime-old\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/10\/Carlos-Moreno-Noblejas-1024x768.png 1024w, https:\/\/ontime.es\/ontime-old\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/10\/Carlos-Moreno-Noblejas-300x225.png 300w, https:\/\/ontime.es\/ontime-old\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/10\/Carlos-Moreno-Noblejas-768x576.png 768w, https:\/\/ontime.es\/ontime-old\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/10\/Carlos-Moreno-Noblejas-350x263.png 350w, https:\/\/ontime.es\/ontime-old\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/10\/Carlos-Moreno-Noblejas.png 1228w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 840px) 100vw, 840px\" \/><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Hace unas semanas que os anunci\u00e1bamos <em><a style=\"color: #000000;\" href=\"https:\/\/ontime.es\/ontime-old\/ontime-y-dunas-capital-se-unen-para-crear-una-plataforma-logistica-de-vanguardia-en-noblejas\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">nuestra colaboraci\u00f3n con Dunas Capital<\/a><\/em> con la creaci\u00f3n de esta plataforma que se ubicar\u00e1 en una parcela de terreno de 100.000 m\u00b2 situada en este parque log\u00edstico en Noblejas (Toledo).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Estas nuevas instalaciones <strong>contar\u00e1n con una superficie total de 51.000 m\u00b2 y estar\u00e1n equipadas por c\u00e1maras de almacenamiento de fr\u00edo negativo y positivo que suman 25.000 m2, \u00e1reas de seco para alimentaci\u00f3n y otros productos.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">La parcela se configura dejando espacio para una futura ampliaci\u00f3n del edificio log\u00edstico, de unos 15.000 m2 adicionales. Se completa con un m\u00f3dulo de oficinas y edificios auxiliares de instalaciones, as\u00ed como placas solares fotovoltaicas en la cubierta y un completo sistema de control de acceso.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">El coste total estimado para esta construcci\u00f3n se sit\u00faa en alrededor de 35 millones de euros, financiado en su mayor\u00eda a trav\u00e9s de un acuerdo de financiaci\u00f3n firmado recientemente con una de las principales gestoras de inversiones alternativas de Europa. <strong>Est\u00e1 previsto que el edificio est\u00e9 completamente terminado y puesto en operaci\u00f3n en el primer trimestre de 2025.<\/strong><\/span>[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row row_height_percent=&#8221;0&#8243;
