CONFIDENTIAL DOCUMENT DESTRUCTION

Our National Confidential Destruction DX Service complies with current security (LOPDCP 15/1999 of December 13) and environmental (Waste Act 22/2011 of 28 July) legislation.

ONE-OFF DOCUMENT PICK-UP AND DESTRUCTION SERVICE:

Service required by our clients due to an accumulation of files and documentation.

  • Subsequent waste recycling

STANDARD DOCUMENT PICK-UP AND DESTRUCTION SERVICE:

Required by our clients to ensure that documents are destroyed safely.

  • Security containers for the ongoing storage of documents
  • Containers are picked up and replaced by our staff anywhere in Spain at intervals set by the client
  • Immediate shredding of the contents conforms to levels 3 and 4 of the DIN 32757 standard
  • Subsequent recycling and environmental treatment of waste through an authorized waste manager
  • Monthly Certificate of Destruction, expressly indicating date, weight, maximum particle size and elements used
  • Terms and Conditions dated and signed before service is implemented to ensure a confidential destruction service

DESTRUCTION PROCESS:

VISIT BY OUR CONSULTANTS

We determine the client’s needs and provide advice on our service, the number and type of containers to install, collection frequency and type of destruction. We check the accessibility of the facilities.

BUDGET

We create a specific budget for the service, including all possible variables, so that the client has all necessary information up-front.

AGREEMENT

We provide our clients the Terms and Conditions of the service to be performed in writing. This agreement commits us to current data protection, safety and environmental standards and serves as a warrantee for clients along with the Certificate of Destruction issued at the end of the service.

PICK-UP AND TRANSPORT

On the date that has been previously arranged with the client, our authorized and uniformed staff will pick up the documents and other information formats and transport them directly to our destruction and recycling plants in closed vehicles, adopting the technical and organizational measures necessary to ensure data security and prevent tampering, loss, or unauthorized access. Our staff has signed a lifetime confidentiality agreement.

DESTRUCTION

All information formats are immediately shredded at our plant through a mechanical grinding process and packaged in a way that makes it impossible to identify and reconstruct the information, according to the levels 3 and 4 set out in DIN 32757

CERTIFICATE ISSUED

Once the documents and other information formats are destroyed we issue a certificate that supplements our Terms and Conditions. Our clients can also track the process at any time to check the status of their shipments.
